Grotesk worked with Farfetch to create the branding for a new curated collection of exclusive items, created in partnership with leaders of fashion and luxury experience, released in limited numbers and in timed drops. Farfetch Beat.
Through a series of guided workshops with the Farfetch creative team, we unearthed the spirit of what made Beat tick, and how it should express itself. Augmenting an already incredible offer from the Farfetch masterbrand - Beat is a window into a bespoke and exclusive world. The Beat loop was created to represent the cutting edge of the Farfetch expression.
Ensuring easy and consistent application over regular drops on web and socials was key. Needing often to work to very tight turnarounds. Grotesk developed a standalone digital desktop application that the Farfetch team can use to apply the Beat loop and branding to any media, in a matter of just a few clicks. Beat launched in Q4 2022 and immediately sold out of all items within 48 hours of its first three drops.
